My signature, Is it allowed?

IDK if its to long or not :S. I have 3 signature bars (350 x 19 so those are allowed) and 2 words (forum rules & search) but behind those "forum rules & search" there is a big link...

You may have up to 3 separate userbars in your signature, as long as they're each no taller than 20px  and in total their size is less than 20KB, just like any other signature.  The userbars may not be wider than 400px.  When you use any userbars, you may only have 1 line of text no wider than 100chars.

Although is see your top userbar is to large, half the filesize and it's good.

No, I mean, if you align it to the middle it looks smaller in width.

Or you could use this:
(Yeah it looks like crap but it's 300x19.
Try remaking all images once again with 300x19

I meant that it si supposed to be max 20kb together, this is 13+6,5+7,8=27,3kb
