Here is my sketch/map-start, this time I only need advices for the layout and well if you want you can give me advices on themes but thats the most important thing at the moment.
If you got time and show intress at helping me, please show me a picture or something, where you think I could fix the routes making them better etc. Spawns/nades/flagposition,small polygon changes.

seems interesting, but I'll only be able to say more next week
one thing that may be an issue is that whan you grab the flag, the lower route seems to be the best one (you don't face the enemy spawns, and it's closer/faster)

Biggles, why looks this like Inte?
(I mean this face) What about swapping flag with spawnplace (middle)? I think this middlepart should be a bridge, that´s okay, but the polystructure to come down is not so good, the open should look more like / \ so you dont get holded in the wall

Deadly pit? I think this middlepart should be a bridge, that´s okay, but the polystructure to come down is not so good, the open should look more like / \ so you dont get holded in the wall (part of other post)

flag is too low, higher routes are far away from action...

Looks good already, nice layout. I would delete that top center polyisland, it's not needed and it's making map a bit more complex in bad way.
One suggestion for bottom route:

that makes slower & harder escaping in bottom, also it might add some team play.

I actually like the polyisland, it fits the theme perfectly
Still it looks like Inte, I dont get it out of mind, probably because of the colors
