Access violation in RICHED20.dll - Soldat 1.5 on Vista 64

I installed Soldat 1.5 and got this. (Same result with upgrade from 1.4.2):

Ideas?

I've tried running in compability and as administrator and everything. In 1.4.2 I didn't need anything special to run it.

(I get a stupid soldat.ini error running 1.4.2 now, so I can't even go back, even if I delete said file and/or reinstall everything. ( )
