This is my first dm map. I know it isnt very good one ;.

Surprisingly GJ for the first map! Everything done properly. Colouring/scenery usage is perfect. I suggest to use more of the polygon *patches* like on the bridge to eliminate buggy places.

Rainforest theme is a recurring one, so I wouldn't start yelling "copier!" anytime soon Drag ;).   I love the look of it, but the ropes connecting the islands together dont seem to fit to me... Great job though, I'll be looking out for more of your maps in the future :P
For signatures, you are allowed only one image in your signature which may not be wider and taller than 300 and 125 pixels, and may not be over 20kB in file size. No BMPs are allowed.

Well i also like the map and blah blah blah...

im just saying that the scenery usage(including bridge) is almost excact the same as in my map and so is the layout

well the texture is simple and no strech

the colours is more gloomy like in gloomydawn

and i dont see the scenery???

Simple texture is better then ugly multitexturing(it makes me think that it was made with textured quads x_x). If you compare Aztica and Rainforest you'll see that on Aztica 7/8 island have almost the same shape, while on Rainforest they all vary. And also i like the shading on the Rainforest - colors are deeper and it feels *velvet*.

Good map for a first map ;) Good polystructure, good usage of scenery, good shading.
Things that could be better: Overlapping of polys you have overlapped on a few places like the bridge but not on other places which causes unsmoothness, as well as lack of waypoints. but anyways keep up the great work ;)

All I see is a ctf_Death2 map type of map so how are they similar except they are both roundish?

its the dynamic of throwing the flag through the middle makes it completely different from death2
