Alright, he is a normal moderator at the moment. He currently has mod powers over the following boards: Need Help? Report Bugs!; Server Discussion; Server Help; Developers Corner; and Fan Apps.

He'll be made a Global Mod later, depending on how much he likes his newfound moderator position.

I agree with you, we don't need more moderators. But Shoozza's purpose for being one is different.

And after he's made one (I doubt the poll results will change against his favor) there won't be any additions to the forum staff for years, unless a great majority of the current ones go inactive / leave forever and something comes up requiring the need for more.
