What are colliders? I hear them replacing polygons? What are they?

The only purpose of colliders is to provide a place where bullets cannot go through. This is useful for things like sand bags and bunkers you want to hide behind. Yes, polygons can do the same thing, but using colliders is easier since you're just placing a red invisible circle, not 3 points.
There are other worlds than these

How do I place them?

You'd think I'd know seeing my soldat maps...

look around in polyworks, I think they are located in same place as where you find healthpacks and nadesIf you just put up a sandbag you can still get hit, colliders are like invisible bullet-stopping walls.

Sure. As already mentioned, all colliders do is block bullets from passing a certain area. Use them however you see fit; colliders and scenery are two separate matters.

Only colliders can force covering behind them soldats to rise their weapon and shoot in short bursts. I know it's not so often used in maches but hey, it's quite cool. And almost useful in TW.

Also, if a nade touches a collider it explodes instantly.

You can also change the size of the collider ;)

Also, having any questions, problems about PolyWorks, just go here.
