Soldat Polyworks Pallette Properties?

Hey. I'm new to the forums. I play soldat, I downloaded Soldat Polyworks, and when I use it. I found some properties to use, but I can't seem to find a couple like pallette where it changes the color.

You have to reload the window selection under window -> workspace -> Reset windows location.
