Script name: Anti-Idle (aka Autokick)
Description: Automatically kicks spectators after a few minutes. Might be useful if you don't like it when someone occupies a precious player slot.

Config:
SpecMaxTime - amount of time after which spectator wil be kicked (or kicked and banned) [minutes]
SpecBanTime - ban duration; set to 0 to disable ban [minutes]

Admin command:
/skick [ 0 / 1 ] - disables/enables autokicking spectators

Changelog 1.0 -> 1.1:
- you can't reset your counter by rejoining anymore. this was widely used to stay on spec team as long as one wanted
- cleaned up the code a bit

Long-awaited reply: admins cannot be kicked because the server prevents it. And you can use /skick 0.
