ctf_Towers v1.1

new version!
map is cleaner and a little smaller

this was our first 5x5 map, and It's our first attemp to multitexture as well.
Playing on it is really fun ^^

partialy.

I heard that polys are heavyer than scenery, so we deleted many of them, and tried to use scenerys instead
there's no scenery larger than one screen

but there are still reports of lag
I dunno what to do, one thing that I just thought is making the castle flag with fewer scenerys =/

lag mainly comes from partial transparency stuff like you have 0 % opacity in one edge of a poly and 50 % in another so that you blend it or for example fx lights you can however limit it when using say fx lights by putting the middle instead of front for example because then it doesn't have to include polys in the calculation of the transparency its even better if you put them in the back but you might loose a bit of the effect then. another thing is stacking of transparent scenery like you put a bunch of transprent grass scenerys on top of each other and such.

Allways liked the looks of this one though I dont remember if I really liked the gameplay I'll try this when I get home.
