Help with ip change?

I just moved across the city.  I ran a server at my old address fine.  Now that I'm at a new location, the ip in the soldat *when you request servers* is my old one.  People can't access my server without knowing my ip.  The port is fine.

Anyone know how this can be fixed?

Check if this is same for you:
[NETWORK]
...
Connection=Internet
Lobby_Register=1
ASE_Register=1
Lobby_IP=

Connection also might be T1.
