Request: TF2 Gostek and Weapon

Can someone please make a Team Fortress 2:
- Sniper gostek
- Sniper rifle

If there already is, can someone please send me the link. I have been searching for quite a while.

I'm Honestly not very good with the style that would be needed for a gun like that..

But I might give it a shot just for the fun of it.

(I could tweak it a bit to have more of a TF2 look if you want)
