Hey, I've been kicked by at least 5 servers in the last ten minutes for reasons that no one wants to tell me. The only thing I can possibly think of that is getting me kicked is that either my name offends everyone, or there's some joining game etiquette that I have yet to learn. Is there someone out there that would please clue me in on this?

Can you tell us what does it say, as you usually have ~2-3 seconds to see what is the reason for the kick.
Please check your ping on those servers, as there is a kick option if your ping is xyz for some time.
Also, tell us your name, location and connection speed.
Also turn fraps and ati tray tools off if you have them on as they are faulty for BE kicks.

I'm pretty sure my ping is excellent. The only reason I caught was one for possible cheating, which was instantly verifyed for some reason. The name is same as here masimoto, location is US? or do you mean the servers. I am not running any of the things you are talking about.

I mean YOUR location, also, please try to see what writes when when your screen freezes, as then it shows why are you kicked, or reconnect, as it should write your server version.

I didnt want to have to say this but i am a total noob when it comes to this. I do not understand what you mean by my location i well look to see what it says...... masimoto has been banned from server, kicked 0m.

0 minutes, probably a BE related one.

Also, try updating your Battleye from here manually: http://www.battleye.com/download.html , could be the reason.

I did, nothing changed. I'm pretty sure i was just votekicked or something for a bad reason repeatedly. I'm trying to find out who's in charge of those servers so i can talk to him about it and hopefully get unbanned.

It says 0m, so you are banned for 0 minutes afaik.
It is often if your BE client fails to update automatically, so you would have to do it manually.

could it also be that i was permanently banned? i was serious about joining server etiquette, this game has some stuff i haven't seen elsewhere.

Have you changed your name away from "Major"? Some servers will kick people who haven't changed their name.

And what is the server you are trying to join?

yes my name is "masimoto" in the game same as here. Specifically, I am trying to get into the !elite hide and seek server.

I think you have some programs which BE thinks as hacking programs. What kind of programs you have on installed on your computer which would be those? Fraps could be one.

I don't think he got votekicked if message what he gets is: masimoto has been banned from server, kicked 0m.

That is the exact text it says when I try to join. I specifically remember seeing a votekick box in the bottom left corner as I got into the game. The reason was possible cheating. I noticed that before the maximum amount of players might have been exceeded. Could people think I had hacked my way into the server and then banned me with a votekick? Does a certain number of votekicks automatically turn into a ban? I had been votekicked before on the server for such reasons as: Noobish, noob, noob seeker, and once for favoring but I was just trying to help a noob out who had been cheated out of his seeker turn, as I know I have.

i checked your site I'm not running xfire, the second one that escapes me or fraps. let alone do i have a clue what fraps is.
