We want to add a map featuring new polytypes to the new version. This is the map that is most likely to enter to the defaults.
This was tested for a while, modified a little, tested again, modified again, and now we need some more extensive testing.
#soldat.mapping is not working right now. Does anyone have a server?

Changelog (CruzC):
added: 2 bouncy polys on the lower route to "fix" direction of the players
added: 2 colliders in the corner that leaves to the lower route. Hides players going there and can be (more or less) used to nadeboost to upper route.
modified: better shading
modified: tweaks to make the map look better without background scenery
modified: upper and lower routes shortened a little
modified: Middle path is tighten earlier, so it's easier to shoot players there
modified: map is more open in the middle, forcing players to fly a little more to enter middle path and hiding players going the alt routes earlier. Also, this makes alt routes better because when you leave them, you reach middle path nearer the flag
OBS.: the 2 .png scenery will not be replaced by .bmp ones due to general comment: this map is ugly. I believe that the map is simple enough to be light. Additionally, they are set to back, so if you don't render background scenery you won't see them.
p.s.: I'll release this as a new map called ctf_Crucifix

I tested the map yesterday and got a positive feedback. Changed the name to
ctf_Crucifix
, and it will go default.
the game was as follows: players new to the map think the map is fun, but no strategy
as was a server for testing, they started talking about strategies
like: when your team grab the flag, the rest of the team must protect middle, etc
and then they discover that you can throw the flag above the middle path
now the map is in good shape, the other routes are being used
zakath will re-waypoint it soon

Why new name the hell? What really for? Is that a name for some new version or what? Wonder to leave Cruz as official-deafult-primary name.

nah, Cruz was out there for almost half an year, and this one is sufficiently different to have another name.
I used Crucifix because it's like Cruz + fix lol. I prefer that instead of Cruz2
