Depends on my mood. From Slayer, Shadows Fall and Mushroom head or DragonForce to Disturbed or slip knot... Maby even Some punkish stuff... No FX, The Offspring, blink 182, Sixx A.M.. Sometimes some rap. Eminem, ICP type stuff. Or my classical rock. Pink Floyd, Black Sabbath, Van Halen is always good.

Well when I first starter playing soldat and didn't have winamp on my PC, I liked the default "Necromancide" track ;d
Then I simply put on some random techno and kicked ass.
By that I mean shit like Requiem for a dream-Paul Oakenfold remix.
Oxia-Domino.
Stormy weather-Dj cMaestro.
Etc...

I like Johnny Cash. Or thea Beatles, Led Zepplin. That sort of stuff. If i had to stick with a default.. I would probaly go with demoniac93. Necromancide is my favorite.

On topic: Does anyone ever listen to classical music while playing? I've also wondered about listening to jazz (really good old jazz) - though it would be odd while killing noobs and slpattering the walls with their remains.

It works too. Rather than pump you up for action, it relaxes you so that you can focus on the game.

I like Orchestra (wow, lol. i cant spell). Depending on the type it can actually quite fun. Jazz i think would deffinatly work. Just find what fits you and your playing style or mood.

I don't normaly play Soldat with music as it reduces the chance of hearing your enemy, but when I do it'll have to be Any Minute Now Thinking Back or Run Rabbit Junk.
