"The long awaited season 4 of the one and only R/S CS league starts in a week (February 10th 12:00 GMT), the Sign Ups section is now open. Make sure to read about the rules changes and the new roster changing procedure. At this moment the admins are working on a brand new and shiny Punishment Table covering all improper behaviours and the punishments for them. I would also like you to welcome the new league admins: Toxic Avenger, Mnky, Srukupuku and Meku! (*standing ovations*). So yeah, warm up your skills, clean up your rusty guns and get ready for the challenge!"
