Known Issues:
  • Too dark background?
  • Some issues with looks of colliding polygons

Feel free to post new issues, and discuss the current ones.

I really don't like the game-play. Looks fine/small/nice as a map, but it just does not work out while playing. Maybe a bit too narrow and straight.

Very confusing to play. It was such a mess on a public server which had a total of 8 players playing. I just don't think this map works well enough.

I think the main problem is that it's too small to be played with more than 6 ppl (maybe even 4). I don't think I would enjoy playing it in a public server for that reason. Maybe it could be stretched somehow and also get a bit lighter bg color. Dunno about any "issues with looks of colliding polygons" though...

Maybe I'll try redesigning it some day, but I'll leave the small temporary fixes to the map team. ;)

<DutchFlame`> i once heard running runescape in the background gave you a speedboost
<Mr> yes, it allocates more electrons, so there are more electrons available for Soldat -> they are streched less and it is more fluent

No.

Test the map and comment, or dont and dont.  [pigtail]

I played this on a server, it was quite fun.

I made a new version for the map, I didn't change any edge that could change the contact with the player.

v0.3:
modified some polys to slightly fix the coloring
added rocks scenerys on the bottom, there was colliders but no scenery
changed a lot of scenery from back to middle and the upper center "bridge" from middle to back
made the central bottom rock (collider) brighter
added a black scenery on the center bottom, to make a better contrast
added dark polys on the center, where you can walk
background slightly brighter
right flag light slightly bluer
one or two scenerys of the forest in the middle changed opacity/brightness
