I'm just jittery all the time.

No wonder no one wants to hang out with me ;_;

I'll hang out with you for 250 ;D
On topic: I used to do kickboxing and sparred with training mates, the least experienced one of 'em being 3 years ahead of me...
Shit sucked ass, I always panicked not knowing what to do, especially after taking a blow or two in the guts, cause stomach shots always leave you breathless. After 20 or so spars I started ignoring the panic and just focusing on finding a mistake in their approach and making use of it.
Believe me, with time you'll get over it, there is no easy way to fix it.

See the thing is, eventually you'll get really tired of having your nerves go scatter. But it isn't fun to get to this point. Deal with it before you hate it.

And keep in mind, with most things: It will get harder before it gets easier.
