I want one of those little dudes as my avatar but I am not skilled enough to do it myself. Anybody willing to do it for me? (Yes, that buckethead).

Nab the video from youtube using a nabbing program, play in vlc play and take a snapshot, crop and save.

I don't know of any program that nabs video but I use downloadhelper in firefox, there was someone asking how to nab video in the simple questions thread.
