It could use some fractals and a drop shadow. Maybe a lens flare to emphasize the shiny bits.

<3 Sky :D. I like yours Pyscho, but it looks a little bit cartoony. Wow thinkto, thats epic. Hmm, could you take that image and I dunoo make the sides less square and a but blurry almost? The blue square just looks a bit odd, but the ice is fricken awesome.

Edit: When I actually have it for an avatar the blue looks quiet good really.
