this is a sub admin script i created quite a while ago
i decided not to realese it earier because at the time there was abotu three other sub admin scripts that had been released
the script has been sitting in my folder for a while now and i decided its about time i released it

all things should be explained at the beginning of the script if anything is unclear please let me know and ill help as i can

if you find any bugs please let me know and ill do my best to fix them
