In all fairness, EnEsCe is in charge of the game now, and despite the countless hours he spends adding useless bullshit to the game (it's true, all you guys are doing is implementing 'chat' and other pointless crap when all we care about is bugfixing. Anyway, my point is... don't forget about the fans. There might be a whole lot less than there were a few years ago, but there are some loyal minions still floating about...
And, good business strategy is to offer customer service and support, and of course... listen to the customers requests (except to those whining pussies who cry about weapon balance).
