Wouldn't soldat be perfect for phones?  You could move/aim by touching the screen and fire with an additional button in the corner.

Please, use the search function or at least read the stickies.

It says in countless places that Soldat will never be available for any system other than Windows. Maybe a version of Windows CE running on a phone that has specs good enough to run DirectX might work, but other than that no.
