Guitar players, post your weapon of choice, how long you've been playing, what you play/aspire to play, and anything else you care to tell  8)   I'll start!  :)

For about 7 months, I've been learning to play acoustic guitar from my dad, but recently I've been kinda practicing on my own with both electric and acoustic.  I'd like to eventually play anything from Blues to Rock.

Yes, a lot of my gay friends use jazzmasters when they're playing in gay clubs for other gay men.
