New Instrumental
« on: June 28, 2010, 09:56:26 pm »
I haven't made any of these in awhile, and yesterday I decided to f around and made violin parts and harmonized it and I think I got something good going, but I feel like it might still be missing something. What do you guys think?

It just seems like background noise to me. Nothing stands out or strikes me as good in it.

That being said it is pleasant and not terrible.

I think it would sound better if there were some build-ups or something similar before going into the chorus, to give it more excitement about what's about to happen. Somewhere at or after the middle of the track a break could be used, like something kinda different from the rest of the track, but still something that fits the style. The ending chorus I think should have something from very early in the song that you've not heard again until then. Also about the instrumentation, it seems like some of the instruments sound a bit too similar to each other.
I'm not very good at music, so can't really give any pro-suggestions about it... But gl finishing it, sounds ok so far. =)

<Mr> yes, it allocates more electrons, so there are more electrons available for Soldat -> they are streched less and it is more fluent
