How to: Shoot while switching weapons? (bug exploit)

More and more people are using this exploit, and while I find it unfair (its not an official feature, so its like a hack, in the purest sense) I'd like to learn it.

So, how do I shoot while switching weapons?
For example, law or baretta are a common weaps for this. I switch from ie. spas to law, but while switching, it shoots law. (even before the animation has ended)

That's why I don't think its just a lag. Or, its a reaaally handy one, occuring at some really lucky moments, and only with those obviously experienced players. Not newbies. I have never seen a newbie lag like this.

lol not exactly. What I want to know is what is this? Isn't there anyone here who can tell me "yes, there is such a thing and its a ___."
If its a hack, then never mind, but at least I want to know it is intentional -- like combination of keys, or a hack/crack or something else. To vote a player who uses this exploit or not?

I remember this happened only once to me, but I'm not sure if it was a key combination or a lag or something.

I'll try some testing. If I ever figure this out, I'll spread the knowledge

You can't. What you see others do online is a result of lag.

But, some times the timing are just not right...

maybe u shoot the law...then u roll the rolling mouse button in the middle of your left and right buttons on the mouse to quickly change your wep, then shoot your other wep?? pfft who knows

(fyi, my rolling mouse button is how I change my wep...not the default key)

hax can take out the animation delay, also startup(tick) on law/barret, also the hands animation delay on knife/nades. It may be speedhack or nodelay hax, but may be lag.

I'll try different things and see if any of those works.

I'm pretty sure its intentional, because it greatly improves someone's kill rate. (and they don't normally lag)
Or its just a lucky lag after all

Nah, not my cup of tea.
Though, I'd like to see if this is really a hack, so that I can vote people for reason.

Last night a guy was using this (whatever it is), and he shot m79 the moment the weapon switch animation started. (m79 was his second weap) But I couldn't even tell he had a m79. Quite unfair, as you can imagine. I doubt it was a lag, as he wasn't lagging.

I don't know if this still happens, but if you held down the shoot button when your secondary is being switched and it is immediately ready to fire, you can fire a shot while in the last portion of the switching animation, but this shot would fly way off, much like you tried to shoot while switching between crouching and standing up.

If it shoots at any other angle and in most cases, it is just lag or ping.

Works with primary weapons, too, just test it with the M79.
