The rise in tuition fees, true. The prostitution because of it, not that I've heard of.
Women (and men) extremely desperate for cash (read: job-less) for something important, be it food/shelter or even tuition, sometimes resort to prostitution. Anyone who thinks otherwise is beyond naive and should rethink their view on the real world.
