Realistic spectators sight

With realistic enabled, when in spectator mode (or dead in survival mode), it would be nice to be able to only see what the person you are following can see, preferably with an in-game option to enable/disable this on-the-fly.

this is already implemented in the new version for dead players in survival

i dont think its worth any work to implement it for spectators
