Fix the camera while changing team/esc menu

When I press ESC and/or select the change team option, I feel that I'm hunting the menu because the screen don't stop. It's annoying! What you think about stop the screen when you press ESC,  putting the player in the middle of your monitor or something?

I always found it refreshing to see soldat doing it differently but i agree most people probably expect the screen to not move (or only move a little bit depending where the mouse is on the screen)

Playing with high resolutions seems bad... I changed my monitor recently and I noticed this at the first time playing Soldat.

I agree, but pausing (F10) should still be able top move around.
