So if he means that then he could at least post something more, some questions, his idea on how should it look like. Anything...Or maybe he's asking if it's possible to run soldat under Mac OS X? We're supposed to be guessing or what?

Yeah, I searched the forum and latest post regarding OS X is rather ancient, ending in a request to holler the need for Mac compatible version. So I did that.
I tried to run Soldat in OS X via app called Crossover Games, but it was a no-go, I get to change the settings but just about it. Installing Windows just because of Soldat seems rather silly. A native Mac version would make my wienie pop.

there re tools where you can run Windows applications on your osx system.

well, soldat runs on linux pretty smoothly with VMware! if theres a version of VMware for Mac it should work

Stop trolling or die trying.

Having a native OS X build would require too big changes to the game. It will never become reality, unless the devs decide to rewrite some half of the game. That's probably some few dozen thousands of lines of code, then there's the testing and bugfixing and all that. They start now, they finish it in 2017?
