Tooltips too fast - [fixed]

When you hold your mousebutton over advance mode you get an explanation, but it goes away too fast.
You are not able to read the whole thing before it disappears.
The same goes for survival and realistic mode, and perhaps other..

My suggestion is to add more time to view the tooltips if the tip is long.

I don't think we need a poll on this, but I will add one anyway.

I'll make it 10 seconds for all tooltips if not anyone has any serious problem with it being that way (probably not?).
