Not sure if available on android but on iOS you got GTA3 and Max Payne. I also enjoyed playing Galaxy on Fire 2 (both on android and iOS). As for time killers... Infinity Blade is good at it, but just as a time killer, since the longer you play the more repetitive it gets.

Just got Galaxy on Fire 2. Awesome game!

Played 1 and a little bit of 2, but soon realized that the quests  (both campaign and side-missions) are simple and repetitive, so I stopped playing. :/ For an iOS game it definitely is the best of its kind though.
