When I join Leo's Mission Mod 2 (176.9.8.253) my FPS (alt + f3) are consent to the screen refresh rate, and then on every other server. I must join first mm2_Carrier or mm2_Prison map singleplayer or multi  to fix FPS otherwise they are always 66.  mm2_Carrier map - http://egofiles.com/73mgrJ9eLAPY68z9

It might be using some high def textures/scenery which doesnt really work great in soldat.
