How can I remove flags?

Hi, I want remove flags in my server, how can I do it?
I want have no flags in server

This question seems to be invalid. Just change the gamemode.

to which one? my server is hns
and I want a command, third players comes and game starts but it doesnt working, if I type /startgame, game is starting
if I dont type it, game doesnt starting..

You can either change gamemode to something without flags (DM, TM, PM), but that'll kick out all the players for the time when gamemode changes, or you can move flags to some inaccessible place.
