"[player nick] is flooding the server"

Sometimes I see this message in the server logs. This means that a player can cheat?

In previous versions one of the hacks made *is flooding the serve*r messages pop up but that doesn't apply anymore.

It means that player sends too much data to server for whatever reason, probably lag spike if you see it only once.
