Something strange happened to my soldat. Please help.

So, I dont know what is going on, but EVERY version of my soldat (checked 1.5.0/1.6.0/2/3) runs like x2 faster (its not only about movements, bullet speed and reloading is also increased + strange physics of knife), but the game is binding sometimes, and something that pushing me forward. I thought that it is related to Ghost Recon Online and Game Booster 3, because I have this problem since I installed them. Now I'm not sure, because I uninstalled them, reinstalled my Soldat, and cleaned registry entries. For some reason the bug disappeared, but after restart Soldat it appeared again, and it appears randomly, once the game runs well, next time its something wrong. I do not know what it depends on, and I have no idea what to do so please help.
Please do not write posts like "turn off the hacks" etc, because I have never had contact with them and I'm not going to have.
If someone can help, feel free to post. If someone would be able to help me I can provide materials such as demos etc.

I ran 1.6.4rc2 few times and it looks ok. But its hard to tell whether it is ok, because this bug appears randomly.
Have not checked zakaths idea yet due to lack of time. I'll do it as soon as possible.

It's not unlikely as soldat uses the system clock when rendering the game

it must be somehow related to system clock, because until the clock runs properly game also works fine, and when it starts to hurry up, game starts to run faster too. what should i do? replace the bios battery? or any other solution for this?

So it's not a Soldat problem at all. You should ask the support for help. I'm not sure how to fix this.

Probably I have to change my motherboard, since this problem is related to RTC, not to BIOS...Goodbye Soldat for a while
