Install error "C:\Soldat\Config.exe" delet failed acsess denied.

Can not install. Every time it gets most of the way through it errors saying
 "An error occurred trying to replace the existing file:
DeleteFile failed; Code5.
Assess is denied."

I can choose to "Abort", "Ignore", or "Retry".

Cannot do a proper "uninstall" as there is no uninstaller and no entry for soldat in Add/Remove programs.
Any help would be much appreciated.

Rig: Win 7 64bit, I5 4670k, nvidia gtx780 ti, 16g ram.

Run the install as admin.

which version? did you run it as a administrator? Did you tried different install file?
