Couldn't be bothered to read it all but this is what I do.
I use CCleaner to fix stuff and remove unwanted files.
And Xoftspy to get rid of adaware and spyware. Thoe usually eat up the whole pc until they spread through the mouse into your skin.....and well just ignore that.

Guys, can't you see dat explorer.exe is what makes you browse the whole computer content, like exe. files and folders.
I think you better don't clean it, and that thing of explorer.exe being a trojan it's just bullshit.  If explorer.exe was a trojan we all were infected, where did you get dat imformation ? Whoever told you dat is REALY REALY REALY WRONG !!!!!!!!!!!!
