How do you Create Server Messages.

OK, I've looked all through-out the forums and couldn't find the exact answers to my questions.

1st - I want to know how to create text messages and stuff so people can see them when they enter.
(I found out you need to go to setup.exe but wtf, they dont tell you how to get to setup.exe)

2nd - I tried using the commands like /addbot bobby or something like that, and no bots were added. I also tried
to kick the two bots that were already in. Nothing happened. Do I gotta make my name as an admin? or what?
None of the commands work.

3rd - I want to know if there is a way you can, 1. Make your own maps. 2. Make your own guns. 3. Make your
own objects like bunkers and trees. 4. How to add them in your server. And all that good stuff.

are you using the dedicated server, or the server built in to the soldat client (including its "dedicated server" mode)?

Have you logged in with the admin password (if you're using the dedicated server)?  If you're not using the dedicated server, I suggest you do.  http://soldat.pl/down-s.html

for:
1) making your own maps, read through the mapping and fan apps forums
2) making your own guns is done by changin weapons.ini
3) yes.
4) read through all of the other forums on here and you'll learn a lot and have a ton of your questions answered. also look at the wiki at http://wiki.soldat.nl and please, please, please use the forum's search feature.

You must use the /adminlog PASSWORD command to login as admin, once logged in you can use the /say command to show a server message to all players.
To get the server to automatically do /say to players when they join the game, you must edit your Soldat.ini file (in your Soldat folder) and find the line that say "Greeting_Message=If it bleeds, something something" and replace that with what you want it to say.

How do you set a password for a Dedicated Server that you made for admin?

If you mean set an admin password, you need to edit your Soldat.ini file and change the "Admin_Password=" line. If you want to set a password for players to join, edit your Soldat.ini file and change the "Game_Password=" line.

Ok, I tried using some of the commands, but not all of them worked. Like...

Well, first make sure you're typing the correct filename. Second, in team games you have to specify which team to add the bot to. to add it to alpha team, type "/addbot1 stevie". Bravo would be "/addbot2 stevie", etc.
Also, you just type the "/" key, do NOT press T first, or it won't work.
