It has a set of caterpillar tracks which drive the PANZERCATWAGON forward and help it move over steep or bumpy ground. It has two back wheels that are turned so that the PANZERCATWAGON can steer. Sort of like this:

Turn Left

But with just the one set of wheels, and ignoring the bit on top.

A PANZERCATWAGON also has an M256 smoothbore gun turret on top of it which can be rotated 360º to fire depleted uranium APFSDS rounds.

It has an attached compartment on it's back akin to the compartment of a Barracks OL in the video game Grand Theft Auto 3, shown here:

Lastly, it has the head of a kitty cat on the front. It's the bit which goes 'meow' and eats tuna, meat and the occasional Evil-Ville if someone mistakes it for a different tank/animal.

If anyone knows some things about german history, then you'll know that the name most commonly designated to a Panzer tank in World War 2 was Panzerkampfwagen.

A PANZERCATWAGON is commonly mistaken for a Panzerkampfwagen, and vice versa. PANZERCATWAGON's, by nature, get very annoyed about this.
