Registration Problems

Ok...I recently just registered using my card over the internet.  I used a Hotmail email address in order to make the payment for this.  Digital candle sent me a confirmation email of the payment and within the email it said..."your registration/license information is given below."  Below this message (i assume were the registration file/code is supposed to be) there is just an error message that says
 
"Not Found
> The requested URL /est/kg.php was not found on this server"

...some error BS.   I sent MM a email so maybe he will help me before you guys can...but i would appreciate if anyone on here could help me with my problem.  Do i have to wait longer for the payment to go through before i can obtain my registration info?

Did your payment go through? I.E. have you lost your $9? If not then I would suggest re-registering. Although by the looks of it you have paid and there was some error, in which case I guess MM is the only answer.

Well...as of now my online bank statement shows no deduction or a transaction clearing.  So technically i don't know that the 9 dollars has been deducted from my account...although, online bank statements take time to update.  I guess ill have to be patient and wait a couple of days...but it sucks to wait.  Hopefully MM replies soon to my email or someone else has a suggestion.

Wow, the exact same thing just happened to me.

I bought it from Digital Candle and got the same error message. Though, I was using yahoo email. I got the email almost instantly, but it has that weird error aswell. I also emailed MM. Keep us updated with what happens with you.

I have just confirmed that this is due to us moving servers.  I have e-mailed MM and he will hopefully rectify the situation.

I'm glad i am not the only one, ill keep you updated on my situation.

I have just confirmed that this is due to us moving servers. I have e-mailed MM and he will hopefully rectify the situation.

Good news, hopefully this is resolved quickly!  I want the benefits of registration soon.  I don't want to lose out on my 9 dollars , im on a tight budget cause of school...I allowed myself to indulge.

MM emailed me today and sent the registration information in a seperate email.  I can now register soldat!  He resolved this very quickly, thank you MM!  Im guessing he did the same for you, so check your email asap.
