Can you be slightly more precise, AND STOP WRITING IN UPPERCAPS?

Anyway, for sounds you can try http://www.stonewashed.net/sfx.html, and the best image editor out there is Photoshop, if you can't afford that then try Paint Shop Pro.

And if all that fails you, you can always ask Google.

Bah, you can shade in even Paint. Just tweak the lumination down 10, 20, or 30 for every pixel over.
