I think one of the best effective uses of the minigun is when goin against a team of barreters to bink them to protect your team from them

no its just frusterating how useless it is vs a skilled...well any weapon really.

The Minigun is more of a luck gun rather then a skill weapon.  While, I admit, it does take some skill to wield and rack up some skills, but most of it comes from timming.  The minigun is definently the easiest gun to aim with, because of the massive spray.  But that being said, it's still probably the worst weapon in the game, easily.

Miniguns fun to use when you're bored. Socom is a good back-up with it because with the two you actually get stuff done, and have mindless fun in the process  .

Problem is, I hate the USSOCOM, so I get screwed over often when I use the minigun.
