Depends, are you using a .exe mod like Secial Operation 2.0? or are you using a mod with a bunch of folders like Gostek-gfx, Interface-gfx?
I'm not the best modder so you may want to wait for someone else's knowledge =D.

These are the Mods I have:
1.Halo Mod 3.5
2.Quake Arena Mod
What I do is go to start, then go to Soldat Mods and pick one. Then it just plays the normal Soldat

Hmm, For the Halo mod you did put it in the soldat Mods folder, right? Are you clicking the icon for the mod itself or are you clicking the .exe command box? Any one who has more mod experience feel free to help =D.

I never had that mod. It's an icon near the main Halo Mod 3.5. it says .exe under it in grey letters.

strange it should load the mods...
try with this mod manager (put it in your soldat directory)

[edit]
There are no .exe to run the mod for the quake arena and Halo mod

C:\Soldat should be your default directory. You know, the folder named "Soldat" where all the good stuff is? That's a directory.

2. Click Properties
