read the instructions.....unzip the file to Soldat/Mods then make a .bat file or use the one that comes with it. if u make your own just do this

Yeah, you probably won't find many mods here, you'd have to look in the Full Modifications section. If they are done with their mod and are releasing it, they'll have some sort of link to wherever the files are hosted.
