I love to draw.
I always have.
Always will, even if it doesn't turn out that great.

This picture I copied out of a book, I was shocked at how close I got to the actual drawing.  Its from the game Starsiege, which I have always been fascinated with, because of it's expansive universe.

I am very pleased with this, and it is one of my best sketches ever.
It's also not done, it will be a college when complete.  It's 1/3 done now.

I was trying to teach myself to draw, but I got frustrated at a small aspect that most people don't realize: it's painfully easy to copy a picture that already exists if you put the time into it, but the real skill of drawing is in coming up with your own scenes without any references.

Yeah, with me it's really weird, cause I can't copy an existing drawing for shit(unless it's a real picture, not a cartoon). And also they say that the drawing skills are passed from ancestors, and I'm pretty much the only drawer in the family as far as anyone can remember.
