Help with dedicated server

Hi im trying to create a server so that only my friends and me could play it. I ran Soldat, created and Registered in lobby server. The problem is that my server doesen't appears in bold letter in the lobby list... and this seems to be the problem why my friends cant enter my server. They have this problem that says "Requesting server..." and nothing happens 





if anyone knows if im i doing something wrong, please tell me what should i do

Only Dedicated Servers appear as bold in the lobby list.
