I think the reply email should have the name of the thread in the actaul email. Most of the time i open emails due to the name of sender not the title. Just a suggestion.

milk has just replied to a thread you have subscribed to entitled - what!? - in
the Suggestions and Ideas forum of UO Gamers:  Divinity.
