I can't get into fracs.net servers

For some reason, everyone else can get into fracs.net's servers but me. I see people in the servers but they appear as the 9999 ping servers for me which usually no one can get in. I was able to get into them a while ago. I heard they went down for a bit, but now they seem to be back up and I've also heard from friends on xFire that they're back up. Can someone tell my why I can't get in and how I can fix this?

Then it's probably hopeless for me. The thing is, I can't get on there either. It gives me "Page cannot be displayed." I find it very strange how I'm the only one it's not working for. Maybe I can check tomorrow to see if it has to do with my comp by trying on my laptop...

If you can't get onto the site itself, and other people can, that means one of a few things:

1) Theres a connection issue between you and the server
2) There is a problem with your computer
3) Your IP is iptabled and set to be dropped; essentially, your entire IP is banned from the server completely

Yeah he's from U.S and he's had this problem for sometime now. Theres no where else to post but here since he can't even access Fracs website. :s
