Hardest:  The fists of course   ;)

Easiest: I don't really think that any 1 weapon is the easiest, some people naturally get used to autos, while others may only be able to use the barret.  Personally, I have the easiest time with the m5p, but when I'm playing on a server with skilled players, it get's harder as they kill me before I can get in range.
