What does this error pop-up mean?

I had this pop up while in Soldat. Can anyone tell me what this means?

I get that occasionally.  I have no idea what it is though.  BUG

I think it's because it fails to load the some of the resources.

Could I ask if you had that online or offline? Because I think, if you play offline and do not set a map in the maps list, you can play for a short period before that error pops up out of no-where. That was the last time something like that occurred for me.
